How the money works
The two agents agree the fee and sign it between their brokerages, the way referrals already work. TopAgentMap doesn’t take a cut and isn’t a party to it — what we do is make sure the person on the other end really holds the licence they say they hold.
We verify licences. We do not vet business conduct, and a listing is not a recommendation — check anyone out yourself before you send them a client. Referral agreements are between the two agents.
