What we’re building

Agents finding agents

Our mission is simple: give licensed real estate professionals one place to find each other across the country, so they can send and receive referrals and put more business in front of each other. Joining is free.

01

The client you can’t serve is worth money to someone.

Your buyer is moving to a state you aren’t licensed in. Today that means asking a Facebook group and hoping, or handing it to whoever your brokerage happens to know. Here you open the state, see who works it, read their record, and send it to someone whose licence has been checked. You agree the fee between you and they pay it, the way referrals have always worked. We don’t take a cut and we are not a party to the deal.

41%of a typical agent’s businesscomes from repeat clients and referrals from past clients — 20% and 21%. It is not a side channel; it is most of the job.1 in 3sellers picked their agent on a referralfrom a friend, neighbour or relative5%found their agent by searching onlineseven times fewer than by word of mouth

Where these come from. National Association of REALTORS®, Member Profile (2025) and Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers (2024). Note what they do and don’t say. They measure referrals from people who already know you — past clients, friends, neighbours. We have not found a credible study that puts a number on what agent-to-agent referrals add, and we are not going to invent one. What the numbers do show is that the thing driving most of this business is a network, and that yours is capped by how many people you know. This is the part that isn’t.

02

Everyone here is who they say they are.

Every listing is matched against the state licence record, and nobody appears on the map without clearing it. That is the whole point: you are about to hand a client to a stranger in another state, and the only question that matters is whether they really hold the licence they claim. In a category full of directories that will list anyone with a credit card, being somewhere that rejects people is what makes it worth something.

03

Nobody here pays for position.

There is no algorithm and no editorial pick, and nothing on this site is ordered by who paid. Nobody can buy their way to the top of a list, and the licence check is never for sale, at any price.

04

Not just referrals — the room, too.

Agents post classes, broker previews, meetups and workshops on Events, with the state where it is happening on every card so you can tell in one second whether it is for you. Teams that are hiring say so on their profile. Most of what moves a real estate business comes from knowing the right person, and this is a place to know them.

05

One founder per state. Then never again.

Each state has one founder, and once a state is taken it does not come back. See which states are still open.

06

A page you actually want to send people.

Photo, bio, brokerage, closings, credentials and your links. Your card is built to be posted — one tap puts it in your story, already sized. It works whether or not the person on the other end ever heard of us.

07

Search is the long game, and it compounds.

Every state on this map is its own page, built to be found by people typing “top real estate agents in” plus their town. That traffic doesn’t arrive on day one — it builds over months, and it keeps arriving after any campaign you ever ran has stopped.

What we are not going to tell you

We are not going to promise you buyers, and we are not going to invent a number about closings. What this is, is a room full of verified agents and a place to trade business with them— the referrals are between the two of you, and what happens after someone lands on your page is your job, same as always.

Where this goes

Zillow sells agents their own clients back. We think that is backwards. Agents together own an audience that somebody else is currently renting back to them.

We are at step one of four. Each step only becomes possible when the one before it works — which is exactly why being early here is worth something.

  1. The map. One licence-verified agent in every state. That is what we are doing today, and it is the only step you can join right now.
  2. The referral network. With someone in every state, a client moving from Utah to Florida has a name instead of a Facebook post. The fee goes between the two agents. We never touch it.
  3. The audience. When agents send each other business, this becomes where agents look. That is when the people who sell to agents — lenders, title, inspection — pay to reach them, and that money pays for the map the agents built.
  4. Turn it toward the client. Only once there is a verified agent in every city does it make sense to open this to buyers and sellers. The difference from every portal you already know is not the design: here the agent is not the product being sold.

We are not promising step four. We are telling you the order, so you can decide whether to be early.

The rules, in one paragraph

Joining is free. Nobody pays for position. Your licence is checked against the state record before you go live, and nothing here is a recommendation of one professional over another. Referral fees are agreed and paid between the two agents — we are not a party to them.
