Partner Program

We’d rather have partners than customers

Bring an agent onto the map and you earn 20% of everything they ever spend — not once, for as long as you stay active. Take it in cash or in rank. Your call, either way.

Why we built it this way

Because we watched it work. The brokerages that grew fastest this decade didn’t grow on ad budgets — they grew because agents had a real reason to bring other agents, and got paid for years after doing it. That idea was right. We just pointed it at a different problem: getting found.

You already know what a listing on a paid directory is worth, and what it isn’t. So we’re not going to pitch you leads. We’re offering you a piece of the thing itself.

How it actually works

You share your linkEvery profile has one. No forms, no application.
They claim a spot and payNothing is owed until real money moves — so nobody games it with fake sign-ups.
You earn 20%. Every time.First payment and every one after it. They raise their rank next year, you earn again.
Cash or rankTake it as a payout, or as credit that pushes you up the board. Same 20% either way.

One level. On purpose. You earn on the agents you bring — never on the agents they bring. Multi-level payouts are how referral programs turn into something else, and we’d rather be a business than a downline.

What keeps it

The 20% doesn’t expire — but it isn’t a pension either. Bring at least one agent who pays every twelve months and it keeps running on your whole book. Go quiet longer than that and it pauses. Bring one more and everything you ever built starts paying again, from every agent you’ve ever brought.

Bring three and you’re a Connector. Ten makes you an Ambassador. Twenty-five puts you in the Founder Circle — and those never come off your profile.

The part we won’t hide

Claim your spot first →See the map

You have to be on the map to bring people to it. Claim your own spot first — it starts at $5, and it’s the same board everyone else is fighting for.
